What’s up, guys?
As always, I apologize for my patchy emails and months of absence. It’s been a crazy year for all of us. Pandemic aside, Mind Cafe, my primary business, has been blowing up in recent months with the launch of our brand new print magazine.
Anyway, this email is to inform you that The Daily Grind is set to change. Here’s what’s happening:
Moving forward, The Daily Grind will focus solely on the subject of writing. It aims to teach passionate writers how to build a career out of their love for the written word.
We’ll be covering topics such as how to find your first freelance client, how to build your portfolio, how to leverage social media to land gigs, how to scale your business, increase your rates, and much, much more. I make around $150K a year from my writing business. I’ll teach you how to do the same.
I’ll be sending out these emails once every week, every Tuesday.
I’ll also be publishing more long-form content over on Medium, which I’ll link you to each week via The Daily Grind.
I understand that not everybody signed up for this newsletter as a budding writer. To those of you that didn’t, I apologize that my content is moving in this direction.
For those of you interested in carving a professional path out of your vocation, however, I look forward to imparting the knowledge I’ve learned to you and helping you grow.
